Megalong Valley Lookout Cottage is a stylish mountain home with exceptional Megalong Valley and escarpment views. It offers a peaceful escape to the World Heritage Listed Blue Mountains on your own 1 acre block.
Brand new renovated inside out, this mountain cottage is fully equipped with all the modern comforts for you and the whole family to relax. Of course there is free WiFi.The kitchen is equipped with Smeg appliances including a Bean to Cup espresso machine (beans and long life milkprovided)with matching 50's styledmilk frother, kettle, toaster and refrigerator. If you tire of the viewa 65 inch ultra-high definition television with Netflix awaits. A Sonos (WiFi connected) sound system is available for you to control via an easily installed app on your phone.The outdoor deck comprises a Weber gas BBQ with bar style seating.
Situated close by to Echo Point, Three Sisters,Scenic World and world-class National Park bushwalks.
To be Covid Safe, we won't meet you in person. We are only a phone call away and we have three local housekeepers who can assist you in case of emergency.
By Car: 1.5 hours drive from Sydney. Plenty of off street and on street parking. A 15 amp external power point is available beside the driveway to the left hand side of the power board boxwhich (if you have the relevant adapter) will charge an EV (slowly).
By Train: just under 2 hours by train from Sydney Central Station to Katoomba then 20 minutes bus or a short taxi ride. Buses depart from Katoomba train station every 10 minutes between 10am and 5pm.
PLEASE NOTE: it is a condition of Megalong Valley Lookout Cottage that all guests over 12 years old have had at least double vaccinations for Covid-19
STRICTLY: No guests are permitted on the premises if they have tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 7 days
