Our little terrace sits on a quiet street, just 2 minutes from King St's cafes, bars and vintage shops. The sun-soaked courtyard is our favourite spot — morning coffee there is a ritual. Come evening, we switch to fairy lights outside, or the living room if it's time to slow down with a book or good conversation.
Newtown's one of Sydney's liveliest, safest neighbourhoods — street art, live music, great eateries on every corner. Hope you love it here as much as we do.
Getting around: 550m to Newtown Station, 850m to St Peters, 3.5km to the CBD — easy either way.
Kitchen: Full kitchen with all the essentials, including a Nespresso machine and milk frother — home away from home.
Parking: One car space out back. Parking's tight around here, so this comes in handy if you're driving.
This terrace has been our home, and we've tried to keep it feeling that way for guests too — comfortable and lived-in, not a hotel room.

We're a husband and wife team who've called Sydney home for 25 years, after years living and working across America, China, New Zealand and the UK.
